Because our workshops, courses, and digital resources involve instant access or fixed-seat offline batches, we follow a strict NO REFUND policy, except in the following cases:

Duplicate payment

Technical failure preventing access within 48 hours

Workshop cancellation by Air Vulture

Refunds are not applicable for:

Change of mind

Incomplete attendance

Partial course usage

Delay in joining the session

Drone kits or hardware products already dispatched

4. Drone Kits & Custom Drone Purchases

All hardware products, drone kits, and custom-built drones:

Are covered under the mentioned warranty

Must be used responsibly and as per DGCA rules

Cannot be returned once opened/unsealed

Are non-refundable unless the product is defective upon arrival

Misuse, modification, or physical damage voids warranty.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by Air Vulture (videos, PDFs, designs, logos, blueprints, course materials, instructions, strategies, and drone designs) are protected under copyright.

You cannot:

Distribute

Resell

Reupload

Claim ownership

Legal action will be taken against unauthorized distribution.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree:

Not to use our drones for illegal or harmful activities

To follow DGCA safety rules & compliance

To operate drones only in permitted areas

Not to misuse hidden recordings or flight data

7. Limitation of Liability

Air Vulture is not liable for:

Physical injuries during drone building or flying

Damage to drones caused due to mishandling

Loss of data, profits, or business

Misuse of drone technology by the user

By enrolling or purchasing, you acknowledge you are participating at your own risk and responsibility.

We reserve the right to:

Modify course structure

Change workshop dates

Discontinue services

Update terms

without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
